Fascia Release
The fascia that networks our body is an extremely elastic connective tissue. It wraps all our muscles, muscle fibers, bones, internal organs.

This connective tissue forms the meninges, the pericardium, the pleura. It forms a complex 3D structure that depicts the complete picture of the human body. It has its own vascular and nerve network. When a deviation occurs in the body, such as a muscle strain, bone fracture, or even a change resulting from the statics of the foot, it not only burdens the structure that suffered the injury (muscle, bone, etc.), but also the fascia surrounding it.

The fascia thickens, becomes inflexible and painful. However, due to its structure, it is easy to treat and shape. By regaining its optimal tone, the normal function of the muscles and surrounding connective tissue elements is also restored. Its treatment is done with manual methods, the therapist manually releases adhesions and tensions along the appropriate fascia chains.

Another way of treatment is relaxation with an SMR roller (Self Myofascial Release).
