The most commonly used technique in clinical massage therapy. We reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue with special, slow movements. It is used for the treatment of chronic muscle pain, injuries, blocked regions. It requires thorough anatomical knowledge, as it restores the function of individual muscles.

It can be successfully used, for example, in cases of back pain, movement restriction, shoulder problems, neck pain, and headaches.

It is also suitable for treating arm muscle, leg muscle injuries, strains, tennis elbow, golf elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome.
